Service Description
Pursuant to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act (624/2006, as amended) Chapter 5 Section 3, an annual general meeting shall be held within six (6) months of the end of the financial period.
The AGM shall decide on the following matters:
- adoption of the financial statements;
- use of profit;
- discharge the member of the board of directors & managing director from liability;
- remuneration and appointment of the board of directors and the appointment of auditor (as needed);
- other matters according to the articles of association.
Tailor-made AGM minutes drafted to incorporate the client’s corporate decisions. All AGM minutes drafted by WDL comply with the legal requirements and standards set forth by the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.
Language: single language (Finnish or English) or bilingual (Finnish and English).
What is included in the price?
- The price of the document includes initial correspondence(s) via email (details of the case), tailor-made drafting of a legal document and one (1) round of amendment after the delivery of the first draft to the client.
- Telcos and communication via phone shall be organised on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of WDL.
What happens after your purchase?

(1) a copy of your payment receipt; and
(2) all the information regarding your drafting needs related to the specific document that you purchased (e.g. instruction, clear identification of intended goals and other details of the case);
