Service Description
A high-quality, tailor-made, employment agreement that contains all the market practice clauses. All employment agreements drafted by WDL comply with the legal requirements and standards set forth by the Finnish Employment Contracts Act (55/2001, as amended).
The employment agreement shall be drafted based on your company’s needs, whether you want to hire an employee for a fixed term, until further notice, part-time and/or full-time.
Main clauses include: position and duties, term, trial period, place of work, working hours, overtime & additional work, secondary occupations, salary, expenses, equipment, pension and insurance, sickness benefit, holidays, confidentiality, personal information and data protection, IPRs, non-competition and non-solicitation.
Language: single language (English).
What is included in the price?
- The price of the document includes initial correspondence(s) via email (details of the case), tailor-made drafting of a legal document and one (1) round of amendment after the delivery of the first draft to the client.
- Telcos and communication via phone shall be organised on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of WDL.
What happens after your purchase?
After purchasing a document from Shopify, kindly send us:
(1) a copy of your payment receipt; and
(2) all the information regarding your drafting needs related to the specific document that you purchased (e.g. instruction, clear identification of intended goals and other details of the case);

After receiving your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible via email with more questions about your case (as needed) and other information requests before we start the drafting.
