Service Description
Pursuant to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act (624/2006, as amended) Chapter 3 Section 15, the board of directors shall be responsible for keeping a register on the shares and their holders (shareholder register). In other words, a Finnish limited liability company must have a share and shareholder register where all the share transfers shall be recorded.
Tailor-made share and shareholder register drafted for your company. All share and shareholder registers drafted by WDL comply with the legal requirements and standards set forth by the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.
What is included in the price?
- The price of the document includes initial correspondence(s) via email (details of the case), tailor-made drafting of a legal document and one (1) round of amendment after the delivery of the first draft to the client.
- Telcos and communication via phone shall be organised on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of WDL.
What happens after your purchase?
After purchasing a document from Shopify, kindly send us:
(1) a copy of your payment receipt; and
(2) all the information regarding your drafting needs related to the specific document that you purchased (e.g. instruction, clear identification of intended goals and other details of the case);
