Are you interested in licensing IP or technology (perhaps including services as well? Then you will need a license agreement. Granting someone permission to use IP should be done with due consideration and within an established legal framework. The licensor wants to be in a position where its IPRs are protected and cash flow from the license clearly defined.
Main clauses include: background and purpose, definitions, grant of license, license fees and payment terms, IPRs and know-how, confidentiality, infringements, representations and warranties, limitation of liability, term and termination, reference use, force majeure, miscellaneous.
Language: single language (English).
What is included in the price?
- The price of the document includes initial correspondence(s) via email (details of the case), tailor-made drafting of a legal document and one (1) round of amendment after the delivery of the first draft to the client.
- Telcos and communication via phone shall be organised on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of WDL.
What happens after your purchase?
After purchasing a document from Shopify, kindly send us:
(1) a copy of your payment receipt; and
(2) all the information regarding your drafting needs related to the specific document that you purchased (e.g. instruction, clear identification of intended goals and other details of the case);

After receiving your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible via email with more questions about your case (as needed) and other information requests before we start the drafting.
