Service Description
We will provide you the following services in respect of your Specialist Permit application:
- provide advice in respect of the requirements;
- review and/or draft the necessary documentation in accordance with Finnish law and the market practice;
- guidance throughout the entire application process; and
- other assistance that WDL deems necessary in respect of your specialist permit application.
What is included in the price?
- The price of the service includes reasonable correspondence via email (details of the case);
- review of the application form and other application related documentation;
- tailor-made drafting of a standard employment contract and one (1) round of amendment after the delivery of the first draft to the client; and
- telcos and communication via phone shall be organised on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of WDL.
What is a specialist permit?
- Specialist permit is intended for a person who comes to work in Finland as a specialist or an expert in a certain field.
- Specialist permit is one of the most popular residence permits applied by specialists or other experts who have a higher education degree and/or relevant expertise.
- It is also the most common type of work-related permit for a person who works in a managerial position in Finland, such as Managing Director of a small and medium-sized enterprise.
